Network Solutions is Down Again
Second weekend in a row. Database applications using the mySQL 4.0 server are toast and the SQL 5.0 server is slow as molasses.
PopularWireless Blog, BBS, and the AIS MAP are down as of 7AM Sunday. I have family obligations that I cannot cancel so I am going to send Network Solutions an email and alert them. They took 48 hours to respond to me the last time.

I called the GOLD VIP Program telephone number and sat through the endless brag line and sales drivel that of course INCREASED my anger at a time like thios. Three or four levels down the telephone tree I was able to push 7 for "all other questions" and speak to a human in the Philippines.

I explained my dissatisfaction to Rep number one and he transferred me to Abner. (Probably not his real name.) Abner said that they are getting lots of calls and engineers are working on this. <Sigh>
