Anti-graffiti initiative pays off for West Valley City – Sal

Author: In its efforts to revitalize neighborhoods, West Valley City created the Community Preservation Department in February. A code-enforcement officer dedicated to cleaning up graffiti was hired that month. In July, the enforcement staff was doubled.
