It really is kind of amazing. The Tax Foundation today is holding a press conference with the Maryland Public Policy Institute to announce that Maryland has fallen from the 24th most business friendly state, a nice middle of the pack number, to being ranked at 45… out of 50 (not 51 because they don’t count DC in the running).
