(WUSA9.com 031209 BALTIMORE, Md.) — The coldest winter in years and skyrocketing energy bills have put 120,000 Maryland residents between a rock and a hard place. Their power could be cut off by April Fool’s Day. But Maryland state regulators have given these consumers a one week reprieve.
