Senator tours Baltimore port with Coast Guard

Capt. Brian Kelley, captain of the Port of Baltimore, takes Senator Benjamin Cardin on a tour of the Port of Baltimore on board the Coast Guard Cutter James Rankin, Monday, May 4, 2009.
