I commented on an article at WUSA9.com regarding a judge in Charles County that believes he has the right to take the law into his own hands when someone parks in his parking spot. (See video at NBC News 13)

This is outrageous illegal behavior by a judge. Where I come from this is VANDALISM. He deserves to LOSE HIS JOB over this. Any judge that believes he has the right to descend to this kind of ridiculous bizarre self-serving behavior DOES NOT deserve to judge others. This is just sickening.

Charles County citizens should be looking for a new judge. Now.

It just sickens me whenI see illetist behaqvior to this degree from appointed or elected officials. This kind of behavior from a judge is obscene and deserves immediate action to remove him from office. These people are held to a higher standard or at least they should be. Charles County stand up up and be heard.

Politicians will not read it so maybe YOU SHOULD. Read the bill. All 1017 pages of it. Whether you support it or don’t support it, your Congressman is not going to read it so you should and then call your representative. When you ask them if they have read it they will call you an idiot, a zealot, or a disruptive influence but if you know more than they do all criticisms bounce off.

I don’t support the bill and:

• I am not a racist.
• An ideolog.
• A socialist.

I am:

• A Constitutionalist.
• A Conservative.
• A concerned American.

We will get nowhere copying the failed health care systems in the UK, Canada, and elsewhere.

The Baltimore Sun is reporting that, “Maryland has already EXCEEDED last year’s total for boating fatalities.” Marylanders have been extraordinarily careless on the water water resulting in numbers of fatalities almost exceeding the worst year year, 2006. None of the those who died were wearing life jackets.

It is consistent with what I have seen just eight hundred feet from home off the beach near Breezy Point. Last weekend residents witnessed a careless PWC operator with four young children speed through swimming areas. None of the PWC occupants were wearing life jackets.

Maryland, wake up. Be safe on the water please.
